PPSA taken within 22 weeks using two systems:

1. Off-Campus Education System (e-learning & Teleconference): 12 weeks
2. Education system in the campus (Lecture and Discussion): 10 weeks

2. Requirements and administrative provisions for candidates of PPSA-XLVI Lemhannas RI year 2011 are as follow:
   
   
   1. Candidates for Civil Servants
      1. No criminal records (Police Records Certificate from Polres)
      2. Minimum rank is Pembina Utama Muda (IV/c) and has occupied the first echelon in Department/Government Institution Non Department (LPND) and Local Government or Professor to the University
      3. Passed Diklat Pim Tk-II or as level as Spamen/Sespanas, preferred has taken Diklat Pim Tk 1 (Spati) or has Post-graduate degree
      4. Minimum age of 47 years old and maximum of 53 tahun
      5. Perfect health that is stated with the certificate of Medical Test and Confirmation Check-up (for general health) that is referred to a hospital designated by Lemhannas RI
      6. Has ability to comprehend the utility of Information Technology (can operate Microsoft Office, email and internet) and able to speak and understand English
      7. Suggested by Head Department or LPND as the relevant Staffing Constructor
   2. TNI member candidates
      1. No criminal records (security clearance)
      2. Has occupied as Pati
      3. Minimum rank is Pati Bintang Satu Masa Dinas Dalam Pangkat (MDDP) minimum of one year, minimum age of 47 years old and maximum age of 55 years old
      4. Passed Sesko Angkatan, preferred has taken Sesko TNI
      5. Pass the Medical Selection by Panitia Pemeriksaan Badan (PPB) TNI and confirmation Check-up (for general health) that is referred to a hospital designated by Lemhannas RI
      6. Has ability to comprehend the utility of Information Technology (can operate Microsoft Office, email and internet) and able to speak and understand English
      7. For TNI candidates outside the TNI structure is suggested by User to the Commander of TNI through Staffing Chief of the force
      8. Suggested by the TNI commander
   3. Polri Member candidates
      1. No criminal records (Security Clearance)
      2. Has occupied as Pati
      3. Minimum rank is Pati Bintang Satu Masa Dinas Dalam Pangkat (MDDP) minimum of one year, minimum age is 47 years old and maximum of 55 years old
      4. Passed from Sespim Polri, preferred who has taken Sespati Polri
      5. Pass the Medical Selection by Panitia Pemeriksaan Badan (PPB) Polri and confirmation Check-up (for general health) that is referred to a hospital designated by Lemhannas RI
      6. Has ability to comprehend the utility of Information Technology (can operate Microsoft Office, email and internet) and able to speak and understand English
      7. For Polri candidates outside Polri structure is suggested by User to the RI Police Chief
      8. Suggested by RI Police Chief
   4. Candidates from Community Leaders and from Institute from Outside the Government/Country Organisation
      1. No criminal records (Police Records Certificate from Polres)
      2. Has occupied as Head of an Organizational from the Central Level and Province Level or Head of National Organization of Private Enterprise
      3. Have been at least 5 years in Officially registered Ormas/LSM in Depdagri or have been in organization of Parpol Peserta Pemilu year 2004
      4. Minimum Bachelor Degree
      5. Minimum age of 45 years old and maximum of 55 years old
      6. Pass the Medical Selection by Panitia Pemeriksaan Badan (PPB) Polri and confirmation Check-up (for general health) that is referred to a hospital designated by Lemhannas RI
      7. Has ability to comprehend the utility of Information Technology (can operate Microsoft Office, email and internet) and able to speak and understand English.
      8. Suggested by relevant Pimpinan Pusat Organisasi or LSM
      9. For community leaders should be referred by the related province governor


3. For Administration Selection of the Candidates Enrolment, Reference Letter of the candidates enrolment should attach the administration requirements for PPS candidates, as follow:
   1. List of candidates based on the ranks/level (attachment format "A").
   2. CV or Curriculum Vitae (attachment format "B") signed by (authentication) by the Authorized Officer.
   3. Color picture with blue background size 4x6
   4. Copy of final decree last post
   5. Copy of final decree last rank
   6. Copy of diploma of Sesko TNI/Sespati Polri/Diklatpim Level I
   7. Copy of diploma of Sesko Angkatan/Sespim Polri/Diklatpim Level II
   8. Copy of general diplomas starts from Bachelor Degree to the last education (legalized by University/Diknas)
   9. Certificate of Police/no criminal records (SKCK) from Polres (original should be attached)
   10. Certificate of Medical Check Up complete with the check up of internist, cardiologist, surgeon, dentists, THT, neurologist and attachment of the thoracic roentgen, abdominal USG, EKG, treadmill and labs also certificate of examiner or from the relevant officer (attachment format "C")

       All of the above requirements should be made in two copies.
       
       

4. Final determination and PPS candidates invitation:

   Candidates who fill all the administration requirements and been selected in the Sidang Penentuan Akhir will be selected as PPS participants based on Lemhannas RI Governor decree and will be informed on the separate invitation letters.
