Based on the Letter of Order Number: Sprin/163/I/2009 dated 23rd January 2009 which was issued to  to perform the purposes in accordance to the fundamental as below:
1.    The Regulation of the Governor of National Resilience Institute RI No. 01 of 2006 dated December 5 of 2006 concerning on Duties, Functions and Organizational Structure and Working Procedures at the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia.
2.    Decree of Governor of National Resilience Institute of RI, No. Skep/1/I/2009dated January 5 of 2009 concerning on Work Program and the Budget of the National Resilience Institute of RI TA.2009.

This Letter of Order Number: Sprin/163/I/2009 was to ordered to the soldiers of the TNI, POLRI, Civil Servants and officers whose names, rank and positions listed in the annex at this letter of order to perform some duties and responsibility as mentioned below:
1.    With acceptance of this letter of order, in addition to office duties and everyday tasks, these officers has appointed as Ad-hoc Team of the Administrator of System Information and Communication Technology (ICT) of the National Resilience Institute of RI according to appointment at column 6 at the annex of this letter of order.
2.    Coordinate with institutions and related parties, at the activities of the implementation of systems management Information and Communication Technology (ICT) of the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia.
3.    Report to the Governor of National Resilience Institute of RI upon the execution of this letter of order.
4.    Executing this letter of order carefully and full sense of responsibility.
