The Governor of Lemhannas RI shall have tasks :

• to lead, control the implementation of task and function of Lemhannas RI;
• to implement the other task according to the policy stipulated by the President of the Republic of Indonesia;
• to provide suggestion and input requested/not to the President of the Republic of Indonesia relating to various national, regional and international problems;
• to provide suggestion and input to the other national leaders relating to their tasks;
• to determine the public and technical policies on implementation of task of Lemhannas RI being its responsibility.
