TASK AND FUNCTION

Development, Research and Organization and Administration Division shall have task to implement the coordination activity plan of the organizational structure, personnel competency, material, system and method as well as research and technology research and development activity especially the education activity, implementation of study, strengthening of nationality values, the work group and telematic activities, formulation of administration organization, procedure and work mechanism or work procedure relation in Lemhannas RI’s environment.

In implementing the task as referred, the Research and Development Division shall perform the following functions:

1. implementation of research and development implementation planning of the organizational structure, personnel competency, material, system and method of Lemhannas RI;
2. implementation of special research and development to the education activities especially main activities, implementation of study, nationality values strengthening, work group and telematic activities;
3. implementation of administration, procedure and work mechanism and work procedure relation organization formulation in Lemhannas RI’s environment.
