TASK AND FUNCTION

The Budget Planning Division shall have task to implement the preparation of strategic plan, binding expenditure, non binding expenditure and prepare the material of Hearing with the House of People’s Representatives as well as coordination with the Ministry of Finance and Bappenas relating to the Budget Plan.

In implementing the task as referred, the Budget Planning Division shall perform the following functions:

1. implementation of data gathering affairs and coordinate the strategic plan and budget plan of every work unit;
2. implementation of preparation, coordination and integration preparation affairs of strategic plan, binding and non binding expenditure plan.
3. implementation of budget plan preparation and formulation for Hearing with DPR-RI or coordination with the Ministry of Finance or with Bappenas.
