TASK AND FUNCTION

The Budget Control Division shall have task to implement the budget control administration preparation, revision to the List of Approved Budget Implementation, hereinafter referred to as DIPA, preparation of budget analysis and evaluation, as well as preparation of program and budget implementation report.

In implementing the task as referred, the Budget Control Division shall perform the following functions:

1. implementation of budget administration preparation affairs;
2. implementation of formulation Preparation, coordination and integration affairs of the DIPA revision plan in progress;
3. implementation of program and budget analysis evaluation formulation integration preparation affairs;
4. implementation of binding and non binding expenditure report formulation and integration preparation affairs;
5. implementation of internal coordination affairs in formulation of report of Lemhannas RI for budget control.
