TASK AND FUNCTION

The Planning and Financial Bureau, hereinafter referred to as Rorenku shall have task to implement coordination of budget planning, the budget control as well as analysis and evaluation of budget for binding expenditure, not binding expenditure and implement the financial management administration of Lemhannas RI.

In implementing the task as referred, the Planning and Financial Bureau shall perform the following functions:

1. implementation of strategic, budget planning preparation, and coordination of binding and non binding expenditure preparation;
2. implementation of budget control administration affairs, analysis and evaluation of budget as well as preparation of program and budget implementation report;
3. implementation of financial management administration according to the prevailing legislation.
