TASK AND FUNCTION

The Domestic Affairs Division shall have task to implement the procurement, manage the equipment, state’s assets, office/ institution facilities maintenance, domestic affairs, office safeguarding, public service, driver building, Governor’ trip arrangement and safeguarding as well as official motor vehicle maintenance.

In implementing its task as referred, the Domestic Affairs Division shall perform the following functions:

1. implementation of administration affairs for goods and service procurement.
2. implementation of administration affairs for state’s equipment and assets management.
3. implementation of administration affairs for office facilities.
4. implementation of administration affairs for internal affairs, and public service;
5. implementation of administration affairs for office safeguarding, institution’s/participant’s activities, Governor safeguarding as well as law enforcement and personnel discipline processing;
6. implementation of administration affairs for personnel transportation service, Governor’s trip transportation and safeguarding, driver building, and official motor vehicle maintenance.
