TASK AND FUNCTION

Administration Division shall have task to implement the administration service affairs in relation to administration, organization, management, personnel, finance, filing, coding, equipment and domestic affairs in Lemhannas RI’s environment.

In implementing the task as referred, the Administration Division shall perform the following functions:

1. implementation of letter receipt and delivery management affairs as well as file and documentation;
2. implementation of document procurement service provision affairs;
3. implementation of activity schedule coordination affairs of the Governor and Koorspri and carry out the technical building of administration in Lemhannas RI’s environment;
