The Deputy of Strategic study Division, hereinafter referred to as Debidjianstrat shall be the executive element of part of the tasks and function of Lemhannas RI in strategic study aspect; The Deputy of Strategic study Division shall be chaired by the Deputy.

The Deputy of Strategic Study Division shall have task to organize the strategic study on various national and international issues.

In implementing the task as referred, the Deputy of Strategic Study Division shall perform the following functions:

• formulation of technical policy, provision of guidance and building in strategic study;
• implementation of strategic study;
• control to the technical policy on strategic study
• implementation of other task, according to the policy stipulated by the Governor of Lemhannas RI.
