DIRECTORATE OF IDEOLOGY VALUES AND NATIONAL ALERTNESS STRENGTHENING LEMHAMMAS RI
TASK AND FUNCTION

The Directorate of Ideology Values and National Alertness Strengthening shall have task to implement the policy formulation conceptionally, the concepts development and administration of activity in ideology values and national alertness strengthening aspects.

In implementing the task as referred, the Directorate of Ideology Values and National Alertness Strengthening shall perform the following functions:

1. implementation of data gathering through the research activity and/or other activity required to identify the understanding level and application level condition of the ideology values and national alertness in the community’s environment, then to carry out the analysis to comprehend various relevant problems;
2. implementation of information gathering and accumulation of development of ideology values and national alertness from various sources in the local, national and international levels, whether through the substance research, seminar, workshop activity or direct access to source of information; for rounding off material and/or actualization of the ideology values and national alertness substance;
3. implementation of scientific and applied research to formulate the methodology (concept, strategy, tactic and implementing technique) as well as the selection of effective media and facility for strengthening of the ideology values and national alertness;
4. making of implementing direction and preparation of materials as well as media required for strengthening of the ideology values and national alertness;
5. implementation of ideology values and national alertness strengthening based on material, instruction, methodology and media already determined;
6. implementation of activity and various programs for increase in quality, effectiveness, and efficiency in implementation of data gathering to identify the level condition of the ideology values and national alertness strengthening;
7. implementation of coordination for synchronization and integration to the activity plan and implementation.
