TASK AND FUNCTION

The Sub Directorate for Program and Budget Synchronization has the duty to prepare formulations and to collect data in the field of strategic planning, synchronization implementation and data collection and reporting draw-up.

In implementing the duty as specified, the Sub Directorate for Program and Budget Synchronization implements the following functions:

1. to formulate technical policy in the field of program and budget synchronization, evaluations and development, and cooperation and communications;
2. to draw up strategic planning to stabilize national values, and its elaborative planning concept into working program and budget each year.
3. to coordinate for synchronization and integration of program and budget, and synchronization activities in implementing the program and budget;
4. to prepare formulations and data and information collection as reporting preparation material with respect to the implementation of the working program and budget.
5. to implement facilitations of cooperation activities with various related and competent parties, through various efforts required to support internal synergy of National Resilience Institute (Lemhannas) and synergy among related institutions to support the establishment of national values stabilization;
6. to develop conducive and productive communications network in order to strengthen utility value and use value in establishing cooperation in the field of stabilizing values of nationality.
