TASK AND FUNCTION

Directorate for the Stabilization of State Defense Spirit has a duty to formulate policy conceptually, development of concepts and implementation of activities in the field of stabilizing the spirit to defend the state.

In implementing the duty as specified, the Directorate for the Stabilization of the State Defense Spirit implements the following functions:

1. to implement data collection through research activities and/or other activities required to find out conditions of understanding level and contribution level of spirit to defend the state in the community environment, and further to analyze in order to explore various related problems;
2. to implement information collection and development accumulation of the spirit to defend the state from various sources both at local, national as well as international levels; both through substance research activities, seminars, workshops, as well as direct access to information source; in the framework of complete material and/or actualization of spirit substance to the defend the state;
3. to implement scientific research and applied research to formulate methodology (concept, strategy, tactics and technical implementation) and media selection and effective facilities for the stabilization of the spirit to defend the state;
4. to prepare implementation direction and material and media required to stabilize the spirit to defend the stage;
5. to implement stabilization of spirit to defend the state based on material, direction, methodology and media which have been specified;
6. to implement activities and various efforts to improve quality, effectiveness and efficiency in collecting data in order to find out stabilization level condition of the spirit to defend the state;
7. To coordinate synchronization and integration with respect to the plan and activities implementation.
