TASK AND FUNCTION

Sub Directorate for Substance Research of the Constitutional Values Condition and National System has a duty to prepare formulations for the implementation of scientific research and applied research in the field of constitutional values stabilization and national system.

In implementing the duty as specified, the Sub Directorate for Substance Research of the Constitutional Values Condition and National System carries out the following functions:

1. to prepare formulations of activities and systematic plan for stabilization substance research through researches and/or other activities required for material improvement and actualization of constitutional values and national system in the community environment;
2. to conduct substance research through field research, literature and document research, exploration discussions with experts, seminars, workshops, and other activities required for material improvement and actualization of constitutional values substance and national system in the community environment;
3. to prepare designs for the activities and to implement instrumentation of constitutional values and national system in the community environment, professional environment, working environment, and educational environment; in order that stabilization materials contain value of truth, to be easily understood and are able to arouse awareness to validate it institutionally in the way of life and to contribute it in daily life;
4. to conduct activities and various efforts to improve quality, effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of substance values of the constitutional values and national system;
5. to coordinate for synchronization and integration with respect to the plan and activities implementation.
