DIRECTORATE FOR CONSTITUTIONAL VALUES STABILIZATION AND NATIONAL SYSTEM LEMHAMMAS RI
TASK AND FUNCTION

Directorate for Constitutional Values Stabilization and National System has a duty to formulate policy conceptually, to develop concepts, and to implement activities in the field of constitutional values stabilization and national system.

In implementing the duty as specified, the Directorate for Constitutional Values Stabilization and National System implements the following functions:

1. To collect data through research activities and/or other activities required to find out conditions of understanding level and contribution level of the constitutional values and national system in the communities environment, and further to analyze in order to explore various related problems;
2. To collect information and accumulate the constitutional values and national system from various sources both at local, national, as well as international values; both through activities of substance research, seminar, workshop, as well as direct access to information sources; in the framework of preparing materials and/or actualizing substance of constitutional values and national system;
3. To conduct scientific researches and applied research to formulate methodology (concept, strategy, tactics, and implementation technique) and to select an effective media and facilities for constitutional values and national system;
4. To prepare implementation directions and to prepare materials and media needed for stabilizing constitutional values and national system.
5. To implement stabilization of the constitutional values and national system based on material, direction, methodology, and media which have been specified;
6. To implement activities and various efforts to improve quality, effectiveness and efficiency in collecting data to find out conditions of stabilization level of the constitutional values and national system;
7. To coordinate for synchronization and integration with respect to the plan and activities implementation.
