TASK AND FUNCTION

Sub Directorate of Tutor and Instructor shall have task to provide consideration and suggestion to the Training evaluation Director regarding any matters relating to its tasks, plan, formulate and arrange system and administration of tutor, assistant and assistant to tutor in PPRA and PPSA as well as other education organized by Lemhannas RI, plan, arrange and prepare questionnaire for observation (PPKC-1 and PPKC-2) relating to the tutor, instructor, assistant and assistant to tutor, distribute and evaluate tutorial sheet result and taskap consultation sheet of PPRA and PPSA participants, provide guidance, direction on implementation and technical control over the implementation of its subordinate’s task and carry out coordination with all relevant elements both within and outside Lemhannas RI for smooth implementation of task.

In implementing the task as referred, the Tutor and Instructor Sub Directorate shall perform the following functions:

1. implementation of planning, arrangement and organizing of general tutorial and writing of taskap of participants of training in Lemhannas RI;
2. implementation of planning, arrangement, organizing, and evaluation of instructor and assistant to instructor at participants of training in Lemhannas RI;
3. implementation of planning of finance budget, administration and other administration of Training evaluation Directorate of Lemhannas RI;
