TASK AND FUNCTION

The Sub Directorate of Trainees Evaluation shall have task to implement the planning, preparation and formulation of the trainees evaluation system, plan, prepare, coordinate and process the participant’s score covering the lecture/speech score, discussion, main activity, taskap, and other participant’s products from the assistant, teacher, moderator, consultant and other assessor, provide guidance, implementing direction as well as technical control to the implementation of their subordinate’s task, implement the coordination with all relevant elements within or outside Lemhannas RI for the smooth and implementation of the participant’s evaluation task.

In implementing the task as referred, the Sub Directorate of Trainees Evaluation shall perform the following functions:

1. implementation of planning, preparation and formulation element of the Trainees Evaluation System of Lemhannas RI;
2. implementation of planning, gathering and processing of the participants’ score covering the lecture/speech score, discussion, main activity, taskap, and other participant’s products of Lemhannas RI’s Education;
3. implementation of the reporting element of the result of processing and the result of assessment executive (BPP) session in every phase.
