TASK AND FUNCTION

The Sub Directorate of Education Aspect Evaluation shall have task to plan, arrange and implement the distribution and processing of participant observation questionnaire, sociometry, psycho-test to the participant and distribution of answer sheet to the participant and widyaiswara/teacher as well as implementation of interview between the institution chairman and the trainees of Lemhannas RI.

In implementing the task as referred, the Sub Directorate of Education Aspect Evaluation shall perform the following functions:

1. implementation of planning, arrangement and processing of participant’s observation questionnaire about the education operational, assistant, instructional material, learning facilities and infrastructure;
2. implementation of planning, arrangement and processing elements of inter-participants’ sociometry score;
3. implementation of planning, arrangement and coordination elements with Directorate of Psychology to examine the psychological condition of the participants of education of Lemhannas of Republic of Indonesia;
4. implementation of planning, arrangement and determination of implementation time of interview between the institution director and trainees;
5. implementation of distribution of answer sheets to the participant and tutor/instructor.
