DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION OPERATION
TASK AND FUNCTION

The Directorate of Education Operation shall have task to implement the preparation of education operational according to the program covering the speaker, subject schedule, main activity and building of the participants together with the administration support thereof and coordination with all relevant elements within or outside Lemhannas RI’s environment for implementation of education operational.

In implementing the task as referred, the Directorate of Education Program shall perform the following functions:

1. prepare the education calendar;
2. prepare the schedule according to the education calendar
3. plan the need for main activity.
4. implement the main activity;
5. implement the program planning, preparation and budget plan elements for participant building activity;
6. perform and make building coordination to the participants.
