PENDATANGAN KONTRAK KERJASAMA ANTARA LEMHANNNAS RI DENGAN CIMSA IGEIA (SPANYOL)

         Pada hari Kamis, tanggal 28 Pebruari 2008 Lemhannas RI telah melaksanakan Penandatanganan Kontrak Kerjasama (PHLN) dengan CIMSA IGEIA Spanyol, dalam rangka Strengtening the Capacity Building of the National Resilience Institute bertempat di Ruang Nusantara Gedung Trigatra Lemhannas RI.

            Penandatangan Kontrak Kerjasama Lemhannas RI dan CIMSA IGEIA disaksikan oleh Gubernur Lemhannas RI Prof. DR. Muladi, S.H., M.H.  dan para Pejabat Esselon IV keatas yang terdiri dari PNS, TNI dan POLRI. serta dari perwakilan dari BPKP. Bertindak selaku Penandatangan Kontrak,Kepala Biro Umum Lemhannas RI Brigadir Jenderal (POL) DRS. Sutisna sedangkan Penandatangan dari pihak Spanyol adalah Commercial Counselor Mr. Javier Ollero.

            Dalam kata sambutannya Gubernur Lemhannas RI menyampaikan antara lain :      

 “…. In order to succeed in this new Chalenge for our institution, there are two aspects of great importance, which are fundamental in the Capacity Buiding stategy that we have defined as one of t he key guidelines for our short and medium-term policy: first, the enchancement of our human resources capability and second, the development of new skills and means for information management.  These two objectives, especially the second one, are among what we have set as the main objectives of the project Stretening the Capacity Building of the National; Resilience Institute.”  Selanjutnya Gubernur Lemhannas RI menyampaikan pula sebagai berikut:

“….  I take this opportunity to encourage all parties involved, both from LEMHANNAS and  CIMSA, to do their best endeavor and cooperate closely to maximize the achievement of the project objective.  I can assure that t he institutional support for this project shall be permanenly noticed at all levels.  And I hope that such conviction will give confidence to every person involved to work professionally and to be determined in executing their responsibilities.” (Humas).
